Wednesday and Thursday, January 21 - 22, 2004 at the Honolulu Airport, Interisland Terminal Conference Rooms, Seventh floor. The meeting on the 21st will be from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, and the meeting on the 22nd will be from 8:30 AM to 4 PM.
